Director's statement

At its heart, The Secret Garden is a ghost story. It is full of memories, actual hauntings, and moments of wishing for that which has been lost. I would imagine that many of you are similar to the characters you will meet tonight - perhaps there are “ghosts” in your life that you’re desperately holding on to. What I find interesting, is that what we hold on to has a way of coloring and shaping our lives. 

My hope is that we all discover and hold on to what is precious in our lives now, because at the end of the day, that is what can bring peace, healing, and happiness. 

This show has been a delight and an honor to be a part of.
